By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You warrant that any information provided to us is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Fees and payment terms are outlined in our agreements, proposals, or service invoices with the client. Payment is due within the agreed timeframe specified in the invoice or service agreement.

Late payments may incur additional charges, service interruptions, or interest as outlined in the invoice or agreement.

All materials created by Steelhead Ventures Ltd., including but not limited to website content, graphics, service descriptions, and documentation, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use any provided materials only for the purposes outlined in the service agreement.

The client warrants that any content or information provided to us does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the course of the business relationship.

Confidential information may include business operations, project details, client information, pricing structures, service strategies, and other proprietary information that is not publicly known.

Steelhead Ventures Ltd. will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

You agree to indemnify and hold Steelhead Ventures Ltd. harmless against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

Our website or services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under our control.

Steelhead Ventures Ltd. is not responsible for the practices, policies, or content of any linked websites and does not necessarily endorse these services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material obligation and fails to rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon termination, all outstanding fees and charges become immediately payable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in Alberta, Canada, and any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
